The topic and content of the submitted abstract must be appropriate for either poster or oral presentation.
Language: English
Title: A concise title within 30 words is recommended.
Format: Free paper & poster-structured abstract (objective-methods-results-conclusion).
Length of Body: 300 words. The abstract should not exceed more than 300 words. Note that text beyond the limit will be truncated.
Presenter: Do not include degrees or titles.
Contents: Extremely simple result with comment “The result will be discussed soon” will not be accepted.
Modification: Abstract review or modification will be available until the abstract submissions deadline.
Withdrawals: Written request by email to the secretariat is accepted. Note that fax submissions will not be accepted.
How to Submit Abstracts
All abstracts must be submitted through the website.
*Abstract(s) sent by mail or fax will not be processed by the Secretariat and will not be forwarded to the Scientific Committee for review.
All abstracts submitted will be automatically edited according to the submission format. It is the submitter's responsibility to review and correct the submissions. Submitters are responsible for every typing error on the abstract.
Please do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
Presenters are encouraged to submit the abstract.
Abstracts Process
After submitting the abstract online, confirmation email will be sent. All submitters are asked to make sure that the abstracts are successfully submitted. Please contact the secretariat (kspen@thewithin.co.kr) if no confirmation letter is received.
Notification of abstract acceptance will be made to the submitter and presenter via e-mail.
Oral Presentation Awards
Best oral presentation: USD 500
Excellent oral presentation: USD 100
The best and excellent oral presentations will be selected by the Scientific Committee after fair evaluation.
The Scientific Committee will select abstracts for oral presentations with excellent content that are relevant to the topics and themes of the KSPEN 2023.
Presenter Registration(Deadline: January 1 (Mon) ~ May 12 (Sun), 2024 24:00 (KST) )
For the secretariat to arrange presentation schedule accurately, presenters will need to pre-register.
In case of intending to register on-site, informing the secretariat by email in advance is required.
Unregistered presenter’s paper(s) will be withdrawn by the committee after the registration deadline.
